Practical Nursing Program Information Sessions

Information Sessions about Penn College Fall 2023 and January 2024 Practical Nursing Programs are on Thursdays, Aug. 10 and Sept. 14 at Wellsboro and Coudersport 

Find out how Penn College's Practical Nursing Program can help give your career a boost by registering now to attend an upcoming information session being held at 6:30pm on Thursday, Aug. 10 and at 6:30pm on Thursday, Sept. 14 in-person at Penn College at Wellsboro at 22 Walnut Street and via Zoom at the Potter County Education Council at 5 Water Street in Coudersport.

The Fall 2023 Class is a one-year, full-time program that is starting on Monday, Sept. 11 at Wellsboro and in Potter County.

The January 2024 Class is a one-year, full-time program that is starting on Tuesday, Jan. 2 and will be offered in Wellsboro only.

Qualified nursing instructors will provide classroom instruction in theory and nursing skills with clinical experiences for students at UPMC Wellsboro and UPMC Cole. Other local healthcare affiliates are also utilized. Graduates find jobs in hospitals, long-term care facilities, home health agencies, private homes, physician offices, and other health-related offices and are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-PN exam for licensure (LPN). This class is eligible for Pell Grants and Federal Loans.
