The Industrial Manufacturing Technician (IMT) program is foundational career training FOR EVERY OPERATOR OR TECHNICIAN in your manufacturing operation! IMT develops essential workplace skillsets such as communication and teamwork, combined with business and quality principles, produces well-rounded employees ready for career opportunities and advancement. IMT is a registered apprenticeship especially designed to upskill your experienced and marginally experienced manufacturing personnel with the skills needed to succeed on the job today and in the future. The IMT program is also beneficial for preparing your manufacturing personnel for more advanced apprenticeship training programs such as Intro-MECH, Robotics, and Mechatronics.
