This virtual course includes four modules: Framing Customer Perceptions and Expectations, Creating a Culture of Continuous Improvement, Identifying and Implementing Improvement Initiatives; and Presenting Initiatives with Confidence.
Upon completion, participants will be able to understand to evaluate situations and factors that contribute to a customer's perception of the organization, develop tools and techniques that can assist staff in meeting customer needs and expectations, describe the impact that leaders can have on safety, performance, and improvement initiatives, list common tools used in continuous improvement initiatives, identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a work unit, create improvement initiative action plans and budgets for discussion and consideration, supervise selected project initiatives, organize and prepare for presentations, and develop speaking and nonverbal presentation skills.
