Front Line Supervisor
Apprenticeship Program
Investing in supervisors increases output and employee retention, reduces conflict and waste, and enhances teamwork and employee engagement. This 20-module online program is a comprehensive, instructor-led, competency-based program that covers the complete spectrum of essential supervisory skills. This 70-hour program develops front line supervisors into valued leaders. The course is designed to provide a hands-on experiential learning environment. It offers a variety of activities aimed at allowing participants to apply the concepts discussed and to consider this knowledge as it relates to their work experiences and present situation. Participants will master required work processes and may elect to earn an industry-recognized certification.
Note: Manufacturers are eligible for grant funding through our Modular Industry-Driven Apprenticeship Strategies (MIDAS) Grant that will cover a significant portion of the tuition. Anyone can participate at the full tuition rate.
